Brief:

To perform a survey to assess the decommissioning and decontamination requirements of historical HVAC and ductwork within a Pfizer a manufacturing , packaging and distribution facility planned for closure in Hampshire.

What we did:

Completed the survey upon all HVAC and ductwork systems to ensure assessment for potential contamination prior to removal. A report was created wherein GMPG identified and made recommendations for removal of any contaminated systems. 

Results:

GMPG issued Pfizer with a decontamination and decomissioning report  which clearly laid out the assessment and identification of any contamination found within the survey, and a proposed safe method of removal.
