Brief:

Benchmark Vaccines Ltd are a Biotech company who contract manufacture vaccines for Animal Health. Benchmark required GMPG to manage and complete the CQV workflow for the new vaccine facility at Braintree, Essex. Included in the scope was assistance with:

· Development of Validation Master Plan

· Onsite commissioning

· Qualification protocol development

· Qualification execution

· Report completion

· Compliance, and Technical Support

What we did:

GMPG put together an on-site team to manage the brief and deliver the CQV part of the project. GMPG were critically involved with the project construction team and equipment suppliers to ensure compliance. We also assisted the client during the integration of the client’s team into the new facility.

Result:

We continued to work closely with Benchmark on-site in Essex until the site was sold and repurposed during the Covid pandemic.
