Brief:

The client had an existing farm facility that was to be developed into a medicinal cannabis growing & drying facility in Jersey. The brief to GMPG was to ensure that the facility was fully approved by UK Home Office, MHRA & GACP 

What we did:

To Complete CQV (Commissioning, Qualification and Validation) on Northern Leaf's new cultivation, processing and distribution facility for the Devlopement of Medicinal Cannibis.

The GMP Group took this project from initial talks with the client through the whole CQV process. GMPG had to be innovative with the execution of the drying room IQ, OQ, PQ as the project was carried out remotely during Covid lockdowns. 

The brief has been expanded with GMPG developing the Quality Management System and moving the facility into full on production.

Results:

Prior to the facility having full MHRA approval for API production and distribution. GMPG have assisted the client in successfully obtaining WDA & Home office approval for distribution of medicinal cannabis raw materials.
