Brief:

Lilly were closing several pharmaceutical facilities across the UK. The priority was to ensure complete compliance with regulatory requirements both environmentally and with regards to Health and Safety.

What we did:

The GMP Group provided the lead consultancy and site management role in the decontamination and demolition of the highly toxic sites, in line with the necessary compliance.

Results:

The sites were safely and responsibly closed down as requested, and consequently, redeveloped.
