What we did:

As lead consultant working for Belupo, The GMP Group successfully oversaw and delivered the development delivery, validation and start-up of the projects including secondary manufacturing and packaging facility, QC laboratories, 1/10 scale pilot plant and distribution centre.

Results:

Belupo were extremely pleased with the way in which the project was managed, as well as the project delivery, and the facility is still successfully running today.
